About Polaris Press

An independent Christian
publishing and formation imprint.

Polaris Press is dedicated to creating sacred, keepsake-quality experiences. We publish God-inspired works that integrate Scripture, scientific wonder, and reflection — guiding readers toward transformation in the likeness of Christ.

From that foundation, we curate sacred tools and companion goods designed to support daily rhythms of reverence, rest, and renewal. Every item we source is chosen with intention, to foster reflection, peace, and spiritual connection.

Polaris Press is the publishing home for all authored works, the parent imprint overseeing the Direction Series and the Hospitable Ground framework, and the curator of formation resources that cannot be found in mass-market retail.

Founder & Publisher

The Founder

Dr. Wylette Tillman Williams, Ph.D., PMP

Dr. Williams is a formation practitioner, organizational researcher, and publisher whose work spans the sacred and the professional. Her doctoral research in organization and management established the conditions required for human flourishing — work that now grounds both the Direction Series and the Hospitable Ground framework.

A retired U.S. Army veteran of nearly twenty-three years, she brings thirty years of cross-sector experience across federal government, private industry, and faith-based institutions. She writes from the intersection of lived faith and earned expertise.

She founded Polaris Press in 2025 to publish work that does not fit neatly into existing categories — formation resources built on the same frameworks that govern how adults learn, how minds change, and how transformation actually unfolds.
